Here is what you can do at the Katahdin Forest Cabins year-round: you can enjoy a complete wilderness experience in our working forest. You can hike a mountain, paddle the Penobscot in a canoe, whitewater kayak or whitewater raft. Perhaps you'd like to pick berries, listen to loons, tour colorful fall foliage, fish area streams and ponds to your heart's content, or simply sit back and watch the sun set on Katahdin. Cross-country ski and snowmobile over miles of trails or do absolutely nothing but enjoy the whisper of the wind play in the trees.

Open year-round and located on Millinocket Lake just 8 miles from Baxter State Park with spectacular views of Mt. Katahdin our cabins are fully furnished and include all bedding, towels, full kitchens, gas grill and baths. They can sleep 4 to 14 people. All cabins come with a free canoe and use of the sandy beach, fire rings with free wood, docks, motor boat rentals, hot tub, large screen TV and ping pong. We offer guided moose and wildlife tours from our pontoon boat, canoe, touring kayak or van, fishing, whitewater rafting, guided hikes, snowmobile and snowshoe rentals in winter.
